FERRETING HEDGES IS HARD WORK

In this video I'm hunting rabbits with Haydn. We are ferreting the opposite hedges to the roadside warrens we ferreted a couple weeks ago.
Ferreting is method of catching rabbits for pest control and for food. Ferrets make great pets but they love to hunt rabbits.
We were expecting to catch a good bag of rabbits but these hedges were hard work.
I take two dogs along to help try catch the rabbits but even they find it hard.

You want acouple of stop nets for the hedges my friend. 👍
Should have had the catapult in ya hand mate.
Every trip out our dogs risk injury, even death ,this is the price they pay ,but honestly I don't think they would have it any other way, rather than be a foot warmer.

We do mate . These are from middle of season. I will be lamping the odd night until the grounds to hard to run then I will do a little bit of shooting. I wont wipe a place out.
