Don't forget Mike. We scored 17 at Philly and 7 was from a Baker pick 6. So we really scored 10 points. Against Dallas, Jason Sanders kicked 5 fgs, 3 from 50+ yards. So we scored 1 td.
Tua is fine. We need a better/different type of team around him and a starting QB behind him. We will be lucky to get another QB of his caliber over the next decade.
Dude! If Ross runs it back with this coach and gm combination next season, it's just gonna be another wasted year. Take a look at some of the top franchises in this league. Miami has no chance vs those teams. The vision is grossly flawed. Soft coach, soft culture, soft team. I mean, come on! We've seen more than enough. The Dolphins are the laughing stalk of the NFL.
Tua was and usually is holding the ball way too long 😂.DONT EVEN TRY IT! DUDE 4 SECS IS AN ETERNITY!😂 HE IS Q BACK UP! The man threw two stupid picks! They were so bad people are asking was he concussed 🤦🏾😂?. No he's just bad against good teams. One pick wasn't on him. Stingly just made a great play. The other 2 were horrible. They line by no means were great! But in no ways were the problem. Thats a good pass rush. To have backups in they did ok to well. Tua isn't the guy. Im not even sure he's a starter. Idk what else its gonna take.
Tua simply can't stand in the pocket long enough to let plays fully develop on a consistent basis. That's the problem with this passing game. He's great when receivers can get open quick, or the ball comes out quick, but he can't stand in the pocket long enough, and he doesn't buy time to give his receivers that extra second or 2 to get open when we really need it. That allows good defenses to play aggressive with our receivers, and as long as they don't overreact to his eyes, they'll be in position to make a play on the ball. That's what is missing in this offense. The defense doesn't have to cover our speed for more than 2.5 seconds, they don't have to account for the qb running, and they don't have to defend against the scramble drill on extended plays. You can't live like that when you play well coached, well prepared, disciplined defenses. I'm tired of hearing about the oline. Yes, the oline isn't great, but having a small, unathletic qb behind a poor oline is the WORST possible combination for a pass heavy offense. McDaniel isn't great, but even he can't work magic with the limitations of the qb and roster. He's actually put together a successful offense with everything he has to work with. Yes, he could run more, and he's not the best with challenges and going for it too much, but the offense fits the roster construction to a T. I'm not saying he's a good head coach, cause he's not, but strictly talking about the design of the offense, it's probably the best it can be considering the circumstances.
@Ballaholic17 also McDaniel runs the same damn plays over and over again. He is predictable makes hard for a qb to have open receivers. I was at the game they rushed 4 and got pressure and not enough time for people to get open.
Last year after a historic, epic and colossal QB meltdown to crash the year, Tua was extended and got an most undeserved bag. I guess that means after this year's meltdown, he's due for even more money. The Dolphin's modis operandi: Reward Failure.
Grier doomed this season by not seriously addressing the OG(s), backup QB, DT, LB, and Safety positions. Grier has consistently whiffed on the draft as evidenced by only having 7 of his 32 draft picks on this roster and contributing. Grier has been an unmitigated disaster! I’m willing to give McDaniel one more year given that he is not in control of player personnel. That being said, I wouldn’t be upset if the new GM fired him and went in a different direction. Seriously, is anyone else absolutely disgusted by the play of Eichenburg? He looks like he’s playing on roller skates! He gets consistently driven back into the quarterback or simply thrown out of the way. How could ANYONE think he’s a starting caliber player in the NFL? I’ve seen NOTHING from him to justify him being on this roster let alone a starter. This move alone is more than enough justification to fire Grier.
They’re not going anywhere until Ross family is gone. Stephen Ross is the Jerry Jones of AFC East only unlike Jerry he doesn’t care if Fins win so long as his profit margin is where he wants it. Oh yeah I almost forgot. Why in the world would anyone have great expectations for this dumpster fire of an organization. They beat 💩teams as they did last year but get bullied by more talented and physical teams. Ross and Grier DO NOT care about winning and won’t spend money across the board to win. They want just enough talent to make it interesting and exciting particularly against lessor opponents. In other words they want just enough to sell tickets and keep the illusion of great potential alive. Furthermore Grier flat out stinks as evaluator of talent or being able to accurately assess team needs case in point offensive line. It’s been this way since Ross bought team. Wake up. McDonald is the type of coach Ross and Grier love namely one that is easy to control…

True
My favorite podcast by far because you gentlemen tell it like it is and are 100% dead on about this team and this organization.
Thank you for the support, and please vote for us for the podcast awards!
@MGOliva12 Absolutely, will do.
Amazing rants through the show wow thanks 🙏🏾
Wish we didn't have to rant and could just enjoy a win lol
the screen game is Coach McDaniel's running game
Well that isn't going to work in the big picture
This and TD's channel are awesome
Grier has to be fired tomorrow morning because the new gm will need time to assess the coaching staff.
Found you here!
Grier
Tua
McDaniel in that order.
Mike Vbrabel
The 2024 Miami Dolphins are a bad football team. PERIOD. The season was over after the Tennessee Titans game.
Miami needs to hire a head coach with head coaching experience. Last 6 Miami head coaches all had NO head coaching experience
Your qb if he’s elite has to be a difference maker -he’s
Not….your qb if elite doesn’t need things to be perfect to win-he does
Tua is fine. We need a better/different type of team around him and a starting QB behind him. We will be lucky to get another QB of his caliber over the next decade.

I think nothing changes, I quit spending money on this team, they aren't serious and Ross doesn't care
I’d sign up for Gruden right now. What do we have to lose?

They will still find a way to blame the o-line lmao

Tua trash 🗑 bro

Facts... Who gives a f!!!! 😆
Stop blaming grier for tua's inability to beat good teams
