I can see some of the Galactic Empire being allowed to live or Stormtroopers being turned into some futuristic upgraded version of Civil Protection if the Combine wanted to replicate the Force, or some other tech from Star Wars that they didn’t have. Otherwise, I think the Empire’s gonna get the same treatment as humanity in HL2 and eventually just turned into more Overwatch/Stalkers
