Can You Get Gold Weapons Before Beating Dying Light?

I try farming gold weapons in Dying Light before completing the main story. I farm them from Bozak Horde and Prison Heist and try to find them in hard locked chests and police vans. Dying Light 2 will be releasing soon and I plan to farm gold weapons in DL2 as well. Dying Light how to get gold weapons.
