I just slept it off..a lot lol. My oncologist said that I need to listen to my body and if I feel tired, then just rest, there's no need to force my body after being "attacked" by the very invasise chemo drugs. I definitely relied so much on the anti nausea pills in terms of eating. The first two chemo that I had, I barely could eat anything except the papaya fruit. I then started taking the anti nausea pills religiously, right after every chemo session, alternating every 6 and 10 hours for the next two or three days. During my time trying to adjust to the chemo drugs, I prefer to eat "clean" food/snacks like chips or fries or nuggets, anything fried and has no spices or seasonings other than salt. Over time, I reduced the anti nausea pills intake and slowly was able to eat other food 😊
You certainly have a busy life. I appreciate your positivity. 🥰
Thank you for being kind 🥹! I love being busy since that's when I feel most alive ☺️
How do you manage fatigue after your infusion (chemotherapy) do you just eat anything? 😊
