    What an amazing video. Feels like your are advertising our beautiful country. Watching your video gave me a business idea of organising a tour agency to give interested tourists all the experience highlighted in your video. Thank you.

    Number ten is perfect. Its named Iten due to a local hill that was named "Hill 10" by the colonial powers back in the day. Locals just called it ee-ten ( Written as Iten) due to the language barriers and attemps at pronounciation that existed then ,thus the name. Fantastic place with views for miles and the freshest air. My mom's hometown. Miss it dearly.

    Kenya has much much more touristic activities than wildlife safaris & coastal beaches. You need to plan a minimum 3 months visit to explore diverse parts of Kenya. Welcome again !!!

    Hi guys very nice video. Just a question, is it unsafe to stay in Lamu and the way to reach it? Or you only suggest to stay home after sunset?

    • @teamericaalex
      @teamericaalex  2 года назад +1

      Lamu Town is very safe to stay, everyone is very friendly, but as a tourist you will definitely attract attention and have to be a little more alert. We stayed two nights in the historic lamu town and one night in Shela a few kilometers away on the south side of Lamu island which is more resorty. Then there's also Manda island which much more upscale. We just flew to Lamu from Malindi and yea heard it was more unsafe and more of a hassle to drive.

    I've decided to throw caution to the wind and travel to Nairobi in spite of Covid. I've scheduled a flight after the rainy season in July. I will be there for a couple of weeks. Can you recommend a safe, inexpensive Airbnb near downtown, so I don't need a Uber each time I go out. Not looking for a high end residential Airbnb; I'm vacationing on a budget. Also can you recommend a reasonable tour guide. I plan to visit Mombasa, but, keep my Airbnb until I leave. I surely appreciate any assistance you extend on my first trip to Nairobi. It has been highly recommended to contact you through your video. I've been looking forward to this trip to Nairobi and Mombasa for quite some time. Thank you in advance for any assistance you extend; it will be greatly appreciated.

    You round the masai mara park with a byciclet?is a jokey?

    • @teamericaalex
      @teamericaalex  3 года назад +1

      Ah don't worry! We biked in Hells Gate National Park not Maasai Mara. You're allowed to bike, camp, and rock climb on your own in the park :) There are very small amount of animals compared to the Mara but you have to be careful around the buffalo.

    Hi guys how many days are required for a Traveler/ Tourist to explore best of all places

    • @teamericaalex
      @teamericaalex  Месяц назад

      So we’d recommend at least two weeks in Kenya with about half the time to visit the national parks and half the time on the coast. We spent three and half weeks in Kenya (7 days safari, 10 days on the coast, and 7 days in western Kenya), but we still were not ready to leave.
