@bottlestopper1984 Rock never died in the 1980s.glamour pop or similar were on a roll.all my friends listening to Metallica,Megadeth,Guns and Roses,Def Leppard,Aerosmith,Motley Crue.and yes 1980s pop...totally died in the 1990s.techno and rap risen from out of nowhere.rap was ok in the 1980s.rap was at its peak of popularity in the 1990s.Yo MTV Raps was on MTV.even if that show was not on..there were a whole bunch of rap phenoms played in music videos.Ice Cube,LL Cool J were partially in the 1980s.they were popular in the 1990s.Hail 2PAC,Biggie Smalls,50 cent,Eminem,Dr.Dre and Snoop Doggy Dogg,Puff Diddy,Ma$e,DMX,Naughty by Nature.and today's music....i don't care too much...they lost the sound and evolved to something i don't know if it is worth hearing anymore.Flo Rida,BOB,Nicki Minaj..trina.MIJOS is ok.i totally lost interest of rap today.other than the new rappers i listed.they are still good to me!
