I just stumbled across your videos and I absolutely love your content on nursing especially regarding black nursing. I went from CNA to LPN to RN to BSN. Now looking into NP. I would love for you to give a video about how to handle hard situations as you evaluate even thought you have a video you made 3 years ago can you update for us newbies please. Thanks again.
Yes the video about hardship as a black RN. But also can you add in advice about evaluating in the work place. How hard it is for us black women to evaluate. For example, a friend of mines received her DNP and the work place knew this from the time they hired her. Everyone in the work place got Dr. Before their name except her. Mind you she the only black one. Even the social worker try to tell her how to do her job. Is almost like they think we stupid no matter how much degrees you have.
