Love watching these videos, thanks! Worth mentioning though when it comes to the energy crisis is that the biggest increase isnt the cost of gas, it's the ridiculous increase in the daily standing charge (gas and electric). We have recently found you guys and you are awesome. Making this chicken recipe this evening and having never used Maggi Liquid Seasoning before I can honestly say so far I'm liking the taste of the sauce which is currently switched off. We are going to upgrade to the Ninja 400 so I can follow you exactly as we currently have our single tray Salter bought as a 'trier'. I've also bought a 6.5l slow cooker which is superb and a double oven electric cooker. Prior to this I cooked on a 4 oven gas Aga and though it breaks my heart to be off through these times I am actually enjoying my new 'way of cooking'. Keep going, you are inspirational and so so funny. Thank you.

If you don't have cream to hand a good alternative is a basic white sauce made with butter and flour, but with chicken stock, as well as milk. And plenty of black pepper, of course!
Really enjoying your videos and looking forward to seeing more. I was overly cautious when I bought my current air-fryer, in case it turned out to be a one-hit wonder. It's great and I'm a convert but the round drawer/pan is small and more awkward to use.

Lots of useful information about using the different worktop appliances over heating up a whole oven (which you also have to preheat for 10 minutes or so) for a couple of chicken breasts or jacket potatoes, and how the air fryers not only cook quicker at lower temperatures but are also lower wattage than a full oven. Obviously, if people don’t have the worktop appliances there is some initial expense but this will be recompensed with use. I have a ninja foodi pressure cooker/ slow cooker/ air fryer that I am using constantly now as opposed to turning on my oven. Mostly it is just my husband and me so this works well, however, I will be getting the two drawer air fryer as soon as they are back in stock as I can then cook two or even three (using my ninja foodi too) different items at the same time. Thank you for all your information ❤ And that dish looks 😋😋😋😋 I do whole roast chicken in the ninja and it’s takes two thirds to half the time as it does in the oven❤

I haven't used a traditional cooker in years, due to my disabilities, and not being able to get down low enough to the oven. I now use a halogen oven, the unit top glass version, it also has an extender ring, so if I have a lot to cook, I cook things until they are nearly done, then wrap them in foil and put them in the bottom of the glass bowl to keep warm, while I cook more above it. I also use an instant pot, and a slow cooker.

I have only found you recently but love your recipes and practical tips. I don't use my Oven any more for the same reason. I have a BioChef Air Fryer Multi Oven, ProBreeze Air fryer, slow cooker and a micro. Thanks for sharing. x

    Yummy.
    Loved all of it
When I make soup I make just like you.
On my peppercorn sauce I find a jar of green peppercorn in brine.
And crush them then chop a bit.
Try them out if you can find them. Taste amazing.
