This is a fabulous pattern! I sewed two rows of stitches at the end into the center pocket of the wallet to make three 2.25 inch pockets to hold credit cards. It was a bit tricky to do, but it worked. Perfect! Thanks so much.

I made one of these. I made some mistakes, my medium interfacing was floppy for the flap and the flap was too wide by a little bit. Your all in one piece concept is wonderful. avoids so many pitfalls!! I'm thinking how you can turn this to make a crossbody bag.

What kind of paper do you use?
Very cute and excellent instructions! Is there a reason one of the seams was hand-sewn instead of machine sewn?
I use my machine to sew all the seams😂
I’d also like to know why it needed to be hand sewn.
Maybe the person's machine doesn't go through that many layers?
It is because that seam has to open and lay flat so it is not bulky.
