Years past I thought women unrelatable. Today I have tears in my eyes. This a very relevant sermon. Culture promotes conflict; Christ promotes compatibility. The Church needs more women like Amy Orr-Ewing i.e. following scripture, Christ-like. The sentiments about overcoming and defying fear with faith really spoke to me. When I think of Christian women from my perspective I think of mother or grandmother but we need more of this, more working wife, academic sister, ambitious daughter.
we are overcomers not overcome we can do all things through christ who strengthens us you are more than a conquerer jesus said do not be dismayed for I have overcome the world hallelujah for jesus
NOTE: There might be a lot of brilliant women already in the church and it may just be that my observation is tainted by my rural Scottish environment. Most of the women at my church are over 60, and most of the congregation consist of women over 60. I say this so you (the reader) can appreciate my situation. I hope to actively seek out younger people of my age (24) in the near future. So if anyone wishes to pray for my strength, courage and endurance, and wisdom that will be most awesome.
Move to Australia, we have over 120 young adults (not me I'm a Mum of the young adults) within our Church Community, God is having a great time in the great Southern Land, and we all have the great Scottish gene's you also posses. Or do what you say you will do, find the 24 year olds and grow the Church again, for we need as many followers we can find in these times. God Bless you Willy, May God keep you safe and Bless you abundantly... Love always, your sister in Christ

Every woman should listen to this - what an amazing blessing. Thanks Amy.
