Kanon really had Satoru in the palm of her hands in the beginning and she pushed Satoru to his limits but Satoru made a comeback and he went all out with countering her teasing and playful antics so I think in the end Satoru won big time. But Kanon’s reason for liking Satoru is meh.
I’ll say this teasing is not a way to show affection. It just feels like you’re messing with the person and toying with him. And the teasing trope has become so popular in rom com like every rom com anime you watch there’s always a playful FMC that loves teasing the MC and making the MC get flustered and embarrassed
Teasing *can* be a good way to show affection - *after* the relationship has been established, and teasing can be understood for what it is! That depends, of course, on the person - some just don't understand teasing and take what is meant jokingly as literal; that can be hard to overcome, so a person who is in a relationship with a partner like that should *not* use teasing, as it will consistently be misunderstood.
Teasing will seldom - almost never - be successful in communicating romantic interest *before* that romantic relationship has been established: the few exceptions simply prove the rule.

What a back and forth story of who was in control. But in the end, they got married and can live happily together. And Satoru and Kanon are just so sweet and adorable together. Kanon was just so cute from start to finish, especially when she got embarrassed and when Satoru signed the marriage papers. All of this was just so cute and sweet. Even the class was so supportive of them, even throwing them into the air as congratulations.
We’ll it really understandable as to why Satoru🖤 rejected Kanon🤎 for her teasing but it was really great that he kept his cool and turned the tables on her and this became a mix of Bunny Girl Senpai & Love is War but Glad the whole class is supportive of their relationship and now that their a loving married couple it’s truly a win win for both of them.

I thought how the confession thing just turned into a long game of them teasing each other was really cute. Really felt like both Kanon or Satoru was enjoying the time they spent together and kept playing because they were both nervous in their own way.
