For the last movie about the "funny moustache man", there's a GERMAN movie called "Er ist wieder da" (Look who's back) that's kind of a comedy and I quite liked their take on how Hilter would be seen if he was time travelled to our time but he didn't know at the beginning what exactly had happened with germany towards the war, he thought germany won and everything. Suggest you watch it!
Additionaly, there were a few shots taken by hidden camera used in that movie, where the actor in H1tler's uniform went to the plazas in random German cities to see, how would people react if they saw him in these times... great movie with very goosebumpy message
you know what would be an interesting movie? a movie about "Moustache Man" not becoming a genocidal dictator, but instead about an alternate timeline where he gets accepted into art school and then becomes a world renowned painter. you could even show an alternate version of WW2 happening, where a western coalition between the USA, UK, France and Weimar Germany fights against an agressive and expansionist USSR ruled by trotsky instead of stalin.
6:36 Actually Imperial Japan used both flags, one was the military flag whereas the other one was the civilian one. the current japanese naval ensign also has a similar design.
I think with Leopold II. the basketball refers to the fact that all Leopold wanted to do was to extract as much rubber as possible from Kongo. Even if that meant that someone was to lose a hand or two...

Hero Shima, a movie about 1 single japanese soldier on home leave who suspected foul play when the city had not been subjected to bombings for a while, and he manages to get his family out the last moment, basically, them seeing the shroom in the back mirror of whatever they ride in, from a distance. Interesting thing is, there was apparently a man who basically survived both nukes. Tsutomu Yamaguchi. Was in Hiroshima on company business when that city got nuked, he headed back to work after being treated in Nagasaki, where he lived - and as he was describing the explosion to a colleague, Nagasaki was nuked. Both times, he was about 3 kilometers away from ground zero.
9:37 this depicts an alternate universe. “Master Skywalker, there are too many of them! What are we going to do?” Anakin: “Did you just call me Master?” So happy that Anakin got the respect he deserves, he raises the younglings instead of massacring them.
3:34 Actually, the horrible things were almost exclusively done between 1884-1908, when Leopold II ruled it personally. That's when the vast majority of the Congolese were killed. After 1908, the Belgian Government took over the Congo, and made it a much less brutal place.
