Producers from the past like Mark Batson, Dawaun Parker, Focus, etc. have said that they record 1000s of tracks and none of them are released. We see so many social media pics of Dre in the studio with literally everybody to get gassed up for that music. But then the end result is just a few beat placements on an Eminem album and one Dre ghostwritten verse. Yeah we did get Dre on Nas album but still. If you're sitting on that much music, you should probably put it out especially in this streaming era. Most people who work with Dre say he wouldn't put out music that would blow entire careers out of the water.
