Why should Dr Truesdale need the clearance to do his mother's plastic surgery??
@@InezDowns-z5yI believe what he was saying is that his MOM will need MEDICAL CLEARANCE before he does her surgery. (If your reading this, Dr. Truesdale, please correct me if I’m wrong) that would entail her needing the other specialties, (specific doctors within their fields of medicine like the heart (cardiologist), lungs (Pulmonologist) checking her out and OKAYING an elective procedure to be performed. She’ll need her blood levels checked, white blood cell levels etc., making sure that she will heal properly, A1C levels checked…things of that nature. So it’s just a SAFETY CHECK to make sure that those areas are good to go due to them being within a normal range before he proceeds SAFELY forward with whatever cosmetic procedures his mom is thinking of having performed.
So say for instance (hypothetically speaking and I’m putting in the atmosphere that this WILL NOT HAPPEN🙏🏽😌) if the cardiologist says that he has concerns about her going under anesthesia based on test he ran, the cardiologist would NOT give his clearance & Dr. Truesdale would not do the surgery due to safety concerns. Hope that helps explain it a little bit.☺️

How much dollars for a facelift?
Dr Truesdale showed us in this episode some of the complications that can occur, he was transparent and that is so rare with any plastic surgeon today, so I admire and respect him even more;--he truly is the real deal and I love how he connects with his patients, and you feel his care and compassion for them...also, his Spanish is excelente!

Oh wow! I used to read the encyclopedia and dictionaries as a child. My mom made me read them when I was on punishment. I enjoyed learning so much so, so that I re-read the entire set of encyclopedias several times to include any book I could get my hands on.

I’ve never seen a lip lift or lip surgery that had such natural results with results this good. Usually the patient loses a lot of upper lip mobility. Her results are phenomenal. She still looks exactly like herself, just 20 years younger. Dr. Truesdale is truly gifted.

When Dr. Truesdale said he heard during his residency training "A person who doesn't have complications is not operating" that blow me away! I just love his transparency! I think what I like and respect about you are not only your skills (which are technically and artistically beyond breathtaking) but your passion and respect for the people you work on. Your ability to communicate with them. Find out their expectations..their needs then give them your honest opinion. Not sure what your fees are but I am saving my money up to come and see you. But is this just a face lift or something in addition to the facelift? You say facelift, but isn’t the facelift just the lower part of the face and you have to purchase other procedures to get this outcome and it cost so much more money?!

She looks like she just got a touch-up. She's a happier version of herself, very natural. Unfortunately, anytime a surgery is performed, we are at risk. She did a great job of communicating with the doctor, so she was able to get the care she needed.

The Latina woman looks nice but she still looks like she needs a lil Botox on the mouth line. I guess cosmetic surgery cannot change the aging process it only improves your looks. A 50 yr old cannot look like a 30 yr old but can look like an improved 50 yr old. I wonder how long the improvement last before another surgery is suggested.
