I developed the video to explain to my buddy, why microwaving food is a bad idea. Therefore, the structure of the atom had to be explained to my buddy. The energy imparted on a low energy state atom, changes its properties eliminating the health benefits of the low energy atoms of transitional metals. I hope to post that video this week.
