The only fight in Sonic history where Sonic and Eggman absolutely had to team up to stop the universal threat, the fact that Super Sonic cannot even harm Ultimate Gemerl without Eggman still being linked to him, the fact he took 12 hits to bring down, and the fact Sonic fell to Mobius unconscious after the fight just like Perfect Dark Gaia proved this is one of the greatest fights Sonic ever had by himself. Ultimate Gmerl is so underrated like the Advance series, Metal Sonic and Gemerl are by far the 2 most powerful and impressive robots I ever seen in Sonic and in a series in general
