Since the physics of anime is based off what the plot desires, who knows if sukuna could escape on his own. They could just come up with some special weapon that if he got trapped inside with, would let him break out. Like how they have a weapon that got through Gojos infinity, or how Toji took over that soul even though the grandma said she didn't channel the soul and that a body taking over a soul is impossible. But plot. Based purely off the knowledge that I currently know of, there would be no way for him to escape because it works off of conditions or whatever. Once the conditions are met, that's it. It's not about how strong you are, it's just how it works (I think).
