Probably something similar to the latter, like two blades pressing against things from the side and slicing cleanly through it, kind of similar to Alluka's punishment in Hunter x Hunter. It might also be more potent than Sukuna's because it'd be more focused and precise than Sukuna's slashes, as the latter just cuts everything in his path without concern for collateral damage while Yuji only wants to hurt the target. He'd be able to put more energy into the thing he's actually attacking than Sukuna, not accounting for things like cursed energy pool and control.

I REALLY wanted him to awaken something during that fight. It was the PERFECT time, and even though the fight was incredible, Yuji ending it with nothing special was kind of disappointing
