I love how they made this - the only thing that I do, is cut it into the water by using a cutting board. That is how my Mom learned & that is how I do it to this day

yeah same. That's how my mother and father did it. Using a cutting board and dip a knife in the hot water to keep it clean.

I've seen a hungarian lady pushing the dough through a strainer above the pan, it was a lot quicker! Good video, thank you!

We also make tojasos nokedli with this nokedli. There is no better meal in the summer than tojasos nokedli with lettuce&vinegrette dressing.
Oh, I have 4 different nokedliszaggato.... I can send you one 😊. Otherwise salute to your Mom to do that huge batch by hand.
    You have a lovely Family!

Good video. Just like I make them. Although I put dough on a small cutting board and use a knife to cut them off into the pot. I then fry them in butter and garlic till they get s bit browned.

I have done the frying thing a bit to try that out in the past. But I prefer not to do that. Just a preference thing I guess. Either way, they're really nice! :)

I am sure they do, but if not, try "Cooking with Oma". Also a Hungarian lady . Hope that Monika, Marta and Laszlo will not be upset that I mentioned Oma here. Sziasztok!
