This is the easiest Tai Chi instruction I have found. The movements are clear and performed a pace that is easy to follow. Thank you Master Chen. I’ve been able to use your lessons as a supplement to the in-person classes I began during the pandemic. Most importantly, I am strengthening my core, increasing my energy, and improving my breathing (I have early stage COPD). Your teachings are a blessing.

thank you. I can rarely get out of the house as I am taking care of my wife who is very ill. I too was becoming ill and sluggish from lack of activity. this practice has been a lifesaver for me.
Thank you very much Mr. Peter Chen! I love the slow motion movements while you simultaneously give instructions and explain how. You are a very patient man and generous with your time and effort! 😊
Thank you so much for this!! I also love the slow motion movements while you simultaneously give instruction. I know this will improve my practice as it is simple to follow & understand where, what and how to move each part of the body. This will now be my primary resource. I appreciate your time & effort greatly!
This is the form I learned in college. It was excellent for reliving stress and providing so much peace and joy. Thank you for such a wonderful demonstration!
Da Ai Da Gan En (Chinese Mandarin) Peter I have done this 24 Tai Chi (i forgot the 81 form ) for 38 years which I was teached Chinese lady at Melbourne University which graced my mind/mood to keep me a better print seller for years. Thanks Peter
Thank you soo much, you are a good teacher, i really wanted to learn the 24 form tai chi...your instructions are very clear, now i can do this more comfortably because of you. Thanks
I have watched many online Tai Chi videos and simply love yours. The 24 Form routine is a challenge I welcome and to have it presented in slow motion is perfect, as is the selected music. Thank you.
I’m so happy to have found your channel. I just moved from where I was studying and your demonstration along with Eric Satie make it possible and totally doable to study at home while I find my network. Kind regards ❤
Many Thanks! Did this with friends before but stopped because of Covid and forgot the sequence of steps. Your instruction and steps are clear and very helpful. This will help me get back into Tai Chi. I like the slow motion tempo for instruction.
I am a bit late to the video. I am so glad to have finally found beautifully executed and clear movements whilst each detail is patiently explained. I cannot find a class where I live, but I do think I will fully learn and with time master Tai Chi 24 form. Thank you so much for sharing.
Very well made video. I've done tai chi for the past month or so creating the habit (For it's benifits and calming nature) and this is one of the best videos out there for tai chi, keep up the good work.
I've been doing it for a month now myself. I'm loving it and already feeling benefits. Everyone at my school (who are all twice my age and just the most wonderful people you'll ever meet) are always saying the longer you do it, the better it gets. Hope you stick with it!
I hope that everyone has an amazing and memorable rest of the year and safe travels, vacations, work, adventures, activities, endeavors and holidays throughout the years. 🙏🏽🌊🧘🏽♂️🌊💯❤️🔥♾️🍀
After 8 weeks of confusing Tai Chi instructions in a class and almost giving up, I found your videos and am finally able to do Yang 24 due to your instructional videos. Wish I would have found your videos first! Thank you.
Andrew I really appreciate this. I learnt Tai Chi 24 form for several years in Canberra but did not continue on retirement to Queensland 10 years ago. I love the Eric Satie music as well.
So glad to know that my videos are helpful to you. Yes we love the Eric Satie music. It matches perfectly with our Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice. Lucky to have my daughter Susan played that music and we recorded it as the background music.
I am practicing with your videos though one of my Tai Chi classes and I have to say these are so well explained! I have such a great time keeping up with your video. thank you for the hard work youve put into making these!
Hi Abayomie and Bethan, I'm so glad you like it. You are welcome to watch some step by step instructions if you are interested in: ruclips.net/video/-kJzyrIM1cg/видео.html
It was good that you blinked at the last second to show that the whole video had not been recorded at a faster speed and then slowed down for presentation.
Well done, One thing I do in practice and in teaching this form at Shaolin is I sometimes practice more of a circular sweeping step as I prepare for part the wild horses mane as I use this circular sweeping motion often in tai chi push hands sparring and also in regular sparring hooking the opponent's foot and ankle and thus taking them off balance or all the way to the ground while simultaneously attacking the upper body. It's a small change but that practice makes for aven more effective martial application of the form. Another thing is some of the terminologies when mentioned in the more poetic translation we say "Strike The twin Peaks" (meaning box the opponent's ears or temples with both fists) but it just sounds much more poetic and heroic :)
I've been lookung into this as a stress relief. I don't know mich about it and I googled and your video came up. I'm going to try this. Thanks. I hear a bit of an ozzy accent?
I love how your videos keep getting better; more informative, detailed, and in this case - slower, while still giving us 24 forms in an efficient amount of time. I look forward to practicing this and your other videos 1000+ times.
I try to follow you, but when I'm watching, you are opposite me. Your left is my right. I get very confused. Could you, at the end, do the steps with your back facing us? Once I get the steps while seeing it, I believe I can get the arms by listening. Thank you Peter.😊
Hi Peter thank you for your quality video I like the music Erik Satie as well :) I have been trying to learn Tai Chi difficult to find instructor here where I live, but I learn eight Brocades and do TSA/ TSO learned in gym , but want to learn Lohan 13 / or Arhat 18 hands. I suggestion please, a spit screen showing front and back would be ultimate teaching view if I may suggest I will subscribe and to see Lohan 13 and or Lohan arhat 18 hands added in future. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and in doing so in a well done professional presentation. Blessings
Absolutely great. Thank you. One suggestion. Emphasis turning of the back leg so one does not crank their knee. Let that foot turn. I have 5 friends that are house bound and bored so I sent them a link to your video.
Thank you, Peter. Tai Chi is helping me survive the isolation, giving me energy, grace, patience and hope. Blessings.

Every time you cross hands, is the left hand on the inside or outside? Does it matter?
