Hi Hazel Hansen. I'm experiencing the same. Sometimes my Anxiety and Depression is a lot, but let me tell you something. You will overcome all that. I cry a lot, tell myself I'm a bad dad, or a bad son or think about my ugly past. I don't want to talk to anyone nor I have strength to get up every morning. One thing I tell you, get on your knees every morning right after you wake up. Pray to our father, ask for forgiveness no matter how bad or how nonsense it might be but just PRAY with all your heart. You will start seeing the difference in time. It is not easy, but then what is it easy in life? Nothing it easy. You will get better. Take your medication if it has been given to you although I honestly took it for 8 months, felt worse, stopped it for almost 8 months and I'm getting better slightly. I do have a therapist who helps me a lot. YOU will get better and YOU will help others in the future. Take care, keep pushing forward and be HAPPY
