How to make landing gear turn easier

today I will show you a little trick to help aging landing gear, or trailer jacks turn a little easier, obviously this wont help in the internal gears are damaged, but everything slides better with grease, the type of grease could be debated but in my experience a standard red and tacky type grease works just fine.
