P.S. Your choice of course, but you should box in that cut out in your rafter to restore the strength of your roof. I was a carpenter for a good while and that's how we were taught to do it. Also, I would recommend a laundry type sink. They are deep enough to get a jug under the faucet and deep enough to soak parts if/when you need to.
Love the shop, so jealous of it hopefully after first of the year I can start mine, I own total of 6 vehicles all Ford 2 of them are 90's mustangs 1 is a GT other is LX 5.0 both are manuals

I have the same one except it’s the low profile for 10ft ceilings. Works great so far, made for easy work so to speak removing the aod in my new foxbody.

Brew2l, i know its your garage,but from a safety standpoint, please DO NOT put your sink right under your electric service panel! This goes against National Electric Codes, and is entirely unsafe. Think about it, if your washing something and the water sprays onto the service panel, your getting electrocuted. Again i know its your garage, but we just want to see you be safe.
