Why is it so common to dip the lobster in so much sauce in the US? The best lobster I had has been in Italy and Greece and they just use some oil and lemon to top it with after it's prepared. Lobster is perfect as it is. Doesn't need to be dipped and ruined in too much sauce after it has been spiced and cooked.

Ya know … there’s an easier way to remove the shell without using those scissors. Take the middle flipper and twist it off . Put your finger in the hole and push the meat out like a push up popsicle . Fast and easy
