Literally all he had to do was buy BTC, ETH. LTC,, DASH or XMR... and then just sit on it. It's really not that difficult. I get the impression that this person understands BTC's potential for financial growth but doesn't understand blockchain technology and why it's a game changer in the long term. Obsessing and overthinking doesn't increase finanical gains, it just leaves you open to making emotional and rash decisions with your tokens like panic selling when the price goes down rather than accumulating on the dips.

@@gapininja that comment is 3 years old...when Bitcoin was like 5-15k....it’s now 50k...eth was about 300$....it’s now at 1.5k....every other coin he stated has grown exponentially as well. He probably is rich by now if he had a good chunk to invest back then, held, and practiced what he preached.

But quite a few of these people would have obtained more money by just buying cryptocurrency and sitting on it. It takes a very talented trader indeed to make much more through trading then he would have by buying and holding.
What's really funny is when a trader trades every month for a whole year and then realises he would have made the exact same amount of money if he had not traded at all! It's an amusing irony.
Of course this is to say nothing of all of those people who trade cryptocurrency and earn less than buy/hold, who go negative and those who get completely wiped out.

The terms are interchangeable. As a former poker pro for 9 years and new to the stock market I feel much higher "gambling" feelings with the stock market than I ever have with poker.

Problem is people panic as soon as the value starts to drop. If they played the long term games they'd probably come out on top. The irrational exuberance that people talk about when bubbles emerge is just a manifestation of the short term profit mindset and really stems down to greed. Making money isn't a two to three year thing it's a life long investment im understanding how the markets work and how to avoid becoming a victim to trends

It is speculative games tho. Price fall because of some other guys want to make that shit under price and buy. So, people on panic will sell that. Bitcoin is a game for long hold asset. Remember this phrase " peer to peer electronic cashless system ". This is a future stake.

Not to be a critic, but trying to predict stocks won’t just take your portfolio from $100k to $500k as soon as we might want. 2021 would likely be more uncertain than 2020. Getting an Investment coach would be the most viable option to accrue huge gains in 2021.
