If a team with a Teemo can't win or lose in 30 mins max, then it's for solo Teemo to carry everyone 'till 60 mins, it's always like this, been thru, can tell. Sometimes teams are just too equal.

Pretty much applies for xerath players too. The late game ults to pick off their adc or supp or their summ spell really helps end tho.
