I’m a civilian. Wouldn’t blinding a person driving endanger not only the officer but civilians nearby?
In a car? No your just going to incapacitate yourself as well. Spray someone in the front seat from behind them with your door open watch what happens.
@@mattchristensen7802 What Mike was saying (& me) is don’t get in the car. Hose him down from outside and let the OC do it’s job.
@@TRAZ4004 He won’t drive far. OC slams the eyes shut. It’s not without risks but it’s the lowest risk solution other than just letting him drive away (which LE have a duty to stop - suspected of having a firearm and assaulting, which already makes him a threat)
@@benb5960 thanks for the explanation. One of the reasons I like this channels is the many experienced commenters like you.
"No one says they're from Maryland." So true!
All of these have one thing in common! Not listening or complying! He shouldn’t have to ask you to stop the car and put it in park 40 times!!!
".....pooping into a bag for the next 10 years". Mike, ya had me rollin over here! 😂😂💩
Why would you jump out? I think I would have ridden it out in the jeep.
"put it in park, put it in park!!!" Never heard a cop repeat himself that much in so little amount of time.
This is why I couldn't be a cop after leaving the military. Why you can't immediately pop someone when they refuse to surrender multiple times is beyond me.
Fall on asphalt at that speed is a massive owie. The pain from a fall like that will keep you from walking for a good 2 minutes.
Cop: “STOP, PUT IT IN PARK!”
Suspect: “Please don’t shoot I’m not gonna do nothing.”
Cop: “YA RIGHT 🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫”
2 things I will never understand, quantum physics, and The stupidity of criminals….
Spicy treat dispenser 🤣🤣🤣
John, I disagree with you here.
No one said he had a negligent discharge.
That’s your OPINION he had a negligent discharge…
Which you then launched into he can’t of been justified if it was an accidental discharge.
(Which is false)
He can 100% be justified, not want to shoot the perp; but is nervous & accidentally squeezes his firearm & justifiably shoots the perp.
That has happened time & time again!
HE OBVIOUSLY MENT FROM A LEGAL STANDPOINT
SAY YOU OR I HAVE TO DRAW A GUN
and because of our finger and adrenaline discharge the firearm and then say
i had a negligent discharge to someone
that in court voids your claim to justification in a self defense discharge
two things cannot be the same at the same time
My face the whole time watching this video on the toilet!!😳😯😧😦😩💩🚽🧻
Love when they repeat “don’t shoot me” while not listening to ANY orders given…
no kidding
I really like your host he always think the same way I would act which is a great thing
Still think the cop should've head tapped him and ended the fight right away.
Well you have regard for human life XD
That boy gave him a love tap to remember him by for putting him through allat shit 🤣
What the hell… officer screams like crazy, waits forever, then shoots the guy and bails?
Not saying perp didn’t deserve a bullet… but it seems the officer went full blown panic mode while also not wanting to shoot.
Cops need some kind of panic training to help them control the adrenaline dump in these situations.
there's no way to do a panic training unless you really want to be shot back at or he already knows it's training and nothing will happen to him.
@@pushyrummble8625 nah there’s drills that simulate an adrenaline dump, nothing like an involuntary joyride with an armed criminal would, but I imagine it’d at least make a slight difference in situations like this.
Dunno. Just an idea, I’m sure there’s no budget or time for it.
@@The.Nasty. never know how you're gonna react because if you know it's not real or it's training you always have the idea in your head that either someone will help you or they wouldn't let you die. In situations like this you either don't do anything and think someone someone will save you according to training or you will think irrationally and think about what you can do to stop whatever is making you feel like that. There's few who can think rationally in moment of stress and not off instinct.
