  • Episode 612:
In this episode of The Bible Guys, we explore Elijah’s dramatic ascent to heaven in a whirlwind, making him one of only two people in the Bible who never experienced death. We also discuss the transfer of prophetic authority to Elisha and his first miracles, including purifying Jericho’s water.
Diving into the story of the mocking boys from Bethel, we reveal how their disrespect wasn’t just about Elisha’s baldness but a rejection of God’s message. This leads to a deeper discussion on honoring spiritual leaders, handling disappointment with grace, and trusting God to hold His messengers accountable.

Love this episode. God takes care of people’s bad behavior. We don’t need to make it our business.
