Cake is very soft & it has the cheese buttery taste. Very fine & moist, but the top forms a crust, maybe bake for too long althought I cover with foil.

I follow your instruction for baking but my cake turn out very 'moist' like not fully cook 'wet' in the middle. Why? Hope you will reply because I use to follow your baking and wrote some comment . You didn't reply. How are we going to improve. The last one was the swiss roll.
Janet Lim Hi, the time and temperature started for baking is for reference only, because of different oven, you would want to use the time and temperature you normally used at home to ensure you can get an even baked cake
Thank you for your recipe. I've try it today. But my cake is not expand and look bad. My problem is when i mix the egg whites, it can't get soft like yours. Mine is still watery even when i mix it for a long time. I don't know why :(
You can also make sure everything was in room temp, the most important here is the white egg, it goes perfect when the egg fresh for both soft n stiff peak.

any possibility egg yolk drop into the egg white? or your own container is wet before u mix the egg white?
