I’ve been using Mounjarno for 3 months 7.5 strength & I’ve gained weight, not lost. I initially I lost weight on Ozempic after 3 months & continued losing until I could no longer get supplied. The weight came back. Now on Mounjarno, there’s no weight loss. What has happened?

It appears that you will need to reconsider your medication dosage because you may be at a plateau right now, or you will need to ask your doctor if you should take Wegovy because your body may respond better to Semaglutide. While we have never heard about this specifically for Mounjaro, after a quick search we found out that some patients do report an impact on their periods, such as increased symptoms, headaches, and delays. It's important to note that these are not officially recognized side effects, and there are no studies confirming this. You should continue your treatment during your periods, as Mounjaro is supposed to be taken every week without interruption. Very clear demonstration shown of how to use this pen, if yours is slightly different then follow the instructions that came with it or look for a video for that specific pen by the manufacturer. There are at least two different pen options for the Mounjaro injection just depends on what the pharmacy provided you with.
I take my pen out of the fridge 15 mins before I take my injection. It cuts down on the stinging. I also found that my abdomen was the least painful injection sight. Most of the time, I don’t even feel the needle.

Video doesn’t state that the pen is a one-time use. Once injected, discard.

No instruction on how to choose and select the site, how to hold the skin, nothing.
