WCAM 2, W broad Gauge C DC electric, A AC current M mixed haul. This is bi current loco operates in both AC and DC current. It will have AC panto and DC panto. Earlier Kalyan Busawal section was DC powered and Busawal Nagpur section was AC powered. So same loco will go till Nagpur with panto change at Busawal. Hope I have explained correctly

previously central zone had direct current running locos so only wcm 2 , 3 has CR in it

WCAM series can operate in both DC and AC and for now only Kalyan shed maintains these engines. That is why it is only in CR.
Igatpuri to Kasara is downhill so they will check the brakes. Only when the train travels from Kasara to Igatpuri bankers will be added.
