- If you're looking for a double black diamond mountain trail at Tiger Mountain, Predator is the one for you. A full-on ride, Predator mountain bike trail is ready to go pretty much year round (minus a few weeks in the mid-winter when freeze-thaw rears its head. Often overlooking for new trails like tiger mountain Atlas and tiger mountain side hustle, Predator is a great choice if you want to a workout on the pedal up and a spicy downhill track to the car.
Thanks for watching! Feel free to join the conversation below, I'm glad you're here!
I've really enjoyed watching your videos. Are you planning on doing more in the future or have ya hung it up for now?
Thanks so much! Went through a crazy knee surgery (not biking related) and just coming out of it. More videos definitely in the works just getting back in the saddle :)
Finally hitting this today after learning about this trail. I'm stoked!
Yay!
Your channel is an amazing resource, thank you!
Thanks Niels!
Damn! Very capably ridden, Claire! Thanks for continuing to document trails and trail systems in your neck of the woods.
Ty Ty
Came looking for some Predator inspiration and found it! Thanks for sharing and Im hoping to see more content in the future!
So glad you liked it. See ya out there!
Just realized I was riding this lap behind you and delaney and etienne and matt. That was a deliciously spicy day of riding.
It was the best time! 😍
Wow so awesome Claire! Stoked to try this soon with spring finally here, thanks for sharing again!!
Thanks for watching Robert! Hope your ride is awesome!
You're flying down this! Can't wait to head down some time this year from Vancouver BC to check it out!
Amazing! Have an awesome trip!
Nice video! 🤘
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Great riding Claire! Predator is definitely on my list when I go up there in June!
Thanks Spencer! drop a line when you come by - happy to tour guide!
@@ClaireJencks Definitely! What's the best way to reach ya?
Hi Claire! Don't know if you'll read this but love your videos and thought I'd reach out. We are currently staying in Snoqualmie for a few days we came here to Mt. Bike. Yesterday we did a little ride at Tiger Mountain, climbing master link then descending Atlas which turned out to be waaay too difficult for me (I'm a beginner/intermediate) rider. We're hoping to find some trails to have lots of fun, long rides on while we're here. Any suggestions? We're heading back to Tiger Mountain today to try master link to inside passage this time. We're from Utah so I'm used to long hard climbs and don't mind climbing at all, it's the steep descents with tight turns and big drops that I'm not really advanced enough to handle. Would love your input. Thanks!
I would head to the mountains for some alpine rides. Especially with the heat getting up in elevation is nice so something like the middle fork would be really fun. Tiger isn’t great for beginners, but raging is a great climb and medium descent down poppin tops and flow state if you take it slow.
Thanks Claire. Awesome video.
Ty ❤️ Hope you’re doing well!
Nice. High skill.
Thanks for sharing! I have yet to ride this at tiger! I can ride everything there confidently but those rock rolls just freak me out still haha!
Welcome! Recommend spending some time sessioning them when they’re dry but not yet dusty. Perfect training.
Damn nice ridden Claire, looking smooth! I just hit this trail last weekend for the first time it’s gnarly! Do you have a favorite trail or loop at Tiger currently? Thanks 🤘
Oh goodness. All of them! Depends on how much time you have. I’m currently enjoying going up to the summit, coming down OTG or NOTG and then finishing with side hustle to the front lot.
Hey Claire, awesome stuff! By any chance do you know if I’m able to ride my Ebike here?
Awesomeeeee. To Fast 😳😳👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
🚵♀️🏎
Good Stuff! I need to try Predator again. I am a little gun shy after going OTB on the lower rock roll. I was too far back when hitting the drop at the bottom and my butt hit my rear tire, sent me onto my head. Dented my helmet and fractured my ribs. Plan to try again soon though once I build my confidence back a little more.
Ohh noooo - I’m so sorry. Yeah those rock rolls are not for the faint of heart. Glad you’re back at it though!
@@ClaireJencks Thanks. Yeah I did all the other features fine including the other rock roll, but I think I just had bad body position and it bit me. When I got up my shorts were down around my ankles from the rear tire pulling them down. lol
@@superawesomefuntimego Eesh! Here's to a better ride the next time around.
Could you make a video of best beginner/intermediate trails either on tiger or raging river
Sure! There are only a couple :)
I appreciate the full trail showcase. I'm not sure I would have given it a chance because of the double black rating, but it doesnt look like anything I can't do in there. Just maybe not as fast as you :)
Nice chanel!
Ty ty! Definitely some go-pro effect for sections of Predator. The last bit before the rock roll is not for the faint of heart and bit difficult (but not impossible) to walk. Best of luck!
You need to row me into that upper rock roll…
Hey I was wondering if you could cover Port gamble. it's a super fun park with just enough elevation to play around on and lynx (mycelium) is super fun!
Absolutely! Great idea. I love port gamble - perhaps a trip this week is in order…
How long would you estimate that climb took?
Climb takes about 45 min to an hour to the top of predator.
Where my Claire at??
Working too much! New vids soon.
