Hi. Thanks for your question. You can search the list of Journals for English subject on UGC Care website. On a Journal website you can found special Issues for a particular theme. A Journal may be linked with conferences and which conference the it is linked, you can send an email to the Journal editor. You can publish a paper in any Journal in a regular issue, or a special issue or through a conference.
