In another timelime Oasis are still together after a 3 year break from DOYS. Also they are currently preparing their 12th album, which will include for the first time a song written by Liam but sang by Noel
This album version takes you more on a "journey" somehow makes more "sense" than the official one. Musically more conclusive. With more good song selection. and a deeper atmosphere
Brilliant. Plus deadass made a better album cover than the real one. This actually looks like one of Noel's interests rather than just fucking New York.
People always talk about how Liam voice changed because its more noticeable, but not enough about how Noel's voice changed. His young voice was just immaculate, he reached high notes so effortlessly
@@vincevirtua Yeah, he's always had a very wide range. I'm personally not a fan of how he often sings his old tunes nowadays, he adds this almost country twang to his voice that was never there when he was in Oasis.
You have done what I’ve always wanted to do with these demos (and teotihucuan) and knocked it out of the park! The album art is sick as well. Wish I had this as a cd haha
I would of loved this album to of been more like this but with the band it just tells more of a story. Definitely would include let’s all make believe on that version
This is excellent - thanks so much for creating and sharing. It really does give you an insight at just how different things could have been post Be Here Now!
Mad timeline mate This alongside NOEL 2 are really really good and quite consistent and convincing mixes of the official albums, looking forward on what will come on the way
@@dondamon4669it was Noel that insisted on making every song several minutes overblown with too many guitar tracks, not Owen. Go listen to a few fan edits of that album where songs are scaled back, and it flows so much better. The mixing is not the issue at all. It's somewhere between the rawness of DM and refined nature of MG, and retains the signature sound. That signature sound disappeared in SOTSOG, and oasis never recovered properly.
This really is the album that got away from Noel, even more so than BHN. It could have been THE all-time classic come-down album. Instead, it's a mish-mash of variable quality,.
It's a shame Noel had no one to stop him overproducing everything and making everything so long! Definitely maybe played live in the studio, morning glory two weeks and that's all oasis songs needed! They were passion soul songs
B-sides killed Oasis albums. When Noel was at his peak of writing he was throwing classics away on b-sides. Albums 3, 4 and 5 would have been so much better.
This is pretty cool. Nice transitioning and tracklisting. Full On would have worked here. The proportion of b-sides on this album kind of show how weak the official release was. In my view, only Go Let it Out, F*cking in the Bushes, Gas Panic! And Roll It Over because of the vocal are any good.
disagree. most Oasis signs need Liam. It’s incident on Noel’s solo albums. and conversely Noel’s song writing is missing from Liams solo albums. they need each other, cause they believe in one another ;)
one just have to read through the comments on Noel demo recordings to see how people agree with me, such as "Hindu Times demo" and "Stop Crying Your Heart Out demo", also "Who Feels Love demo".... although I would say that Liam's voice raised Who Feels Love to another level, both are excellent
not on this version of Who Feels Love, the acoustic radio performances by Noel without Liam... on that version yes, I find it better more emotional... But Liam version great too (one of my all time favorite Oasis songs)
Lately I gave SOTSOG another listen after a long time without doing it and I think Noel should have made a solo album with these songs without those rubbish tracks of Put Yer Money and I Can See a Liar. Liam may be more charismatic and he definitely did a good job with Gas Panic but Noel singing it it's just another level to me. Liam's voice simply doesn't fit the vulnerable vibes of that era
That demo of the Hindu times is great., is etter than the official version in my opinion., but the world was not ready for that type of sound back in the 00s, not in a mainstream
the description reveals the entire storyline of the next Batman movie
Is no one gonna mention the mad alternate reality description? It could have panned out exactly like that 😮
I can totally see Liam sneaking gear into the studio during the recording of Giants... as a matter of fact, he probably did.
In another timelime Oasis are still together after a 3 year break from DOYS. Also they are currently preparing their 12th album, which will include for the first time a song written by Liam but sang by Noel
I seriously doubt that.
I love the oasis community for doing stuff like this
This album version takes you more on a "journey" somehow makes more "sense" than the official one. Musically more conclusive. With more good song selection. and a deeper atmosphere
I agree!
It makes more sense as Noel’s comedown album
Brilliant. Plus deadass made a better album cover than the real one. This actually looks like one of Noel's interests rather than just fucking New York.
😂 fucking New York
Who feels love was their most Beatlesque song ever so good .
Nothing like the Beatles? Beatles would never do a song like that
let there be love is their most beatles sounding song i think

He still reaches high notes effortlessly, listen to Dead to the World on the new album.

@@PeterPaulsHe’s still brilliant but you can hear Noel struggling on songs like What A Life these days. His vocal peak was probably 2011-2015
This version of Sunday Morning Call is unbelievable! Better than the original. Well done, well done !!! 👍

I listened to this and it's wonderful. I had a lovely restful sleep halfway through and woke up feel very refreshed. Lovely way to spend a Sunday!
Would love to have this on cd man, so good
what about Alan in this story?
Cigarretes, Where did all go wrong, gas panic, who feels love and lets all make believe are the best of that album
Roll it over is Liam’s best tune on that album all day

This should have been Noel’s first solo album.
this is absolutely wicked ! ❤
Excellent job! Looking forward to hearing Noel 2
Sunday morning call is a brilliant song for me
loved it! carry us all could also fit the album, imo

This my reality now
This was the reference audio Liam had in his ear piece monitor during live shows so he knew what to sing while he was on E.
What you talking about?
This is brilliant! What a legend for doing this !
I just wish we'd have gotten to hear these songs with someone like Owen Morris having his way with them...

X files movies. It’s called Teotihuacan. It was the closing credits of the film in 1998 and is credited to Noel.
