He's definitely on the list!
Once in a generation QB
I thought two straight years he shit the bed in the playoffs??
Um this past season he had 400 yds with 3 tot tds ...
@@daveoo7642 and his team lost by how many scores? Three? I get it's the ultimate team sport, but if this guy is really as good as everyone says he is, he would have been able to keep the game closer. That's my opinion. I could most definitely be wrong though! We'll see how his career pans out. I'm definitely rooting for him! He has all the tools. Just personally need to see him step it up a lil more. He's more than capable, so I'm sure he'll pull it off.
@@PapaSquattt I’m about to take a wild guess. You think TB is the best QB ever
The MOST overhyped college qb in the history
@@PapaSquattt what you said don’t even make sense, that’s like saying it’s Mahomes fault because they got blown out in the Super Bowl Lmaoo and your defense is not suppose to give up 6 tds in a game it’s not even close his fault they loss
he isnt he is just using the first
And then the Jags take Wilson...
I feel like they will lol.
The coach literally said they are taking Lawrence but here will get Wilson
@@3Ieo I know
Urban isn't risking everything on Lawrence, the Jags are risking everything on Urban.
The title is referring to the risk Urban is taking by becoming an NFL coach and why he's putting all of his faith in Trevor Lawrence
@@AlexRollinsNFL I get it. And he is risking his reputation. But at same time he's enabled wife-beaters, ignored criminal behavior by his players, and allegedly even dissuaded cops/interfered w/ a potential murder investigation that after the fact has been tied to Aaron Hernandez...it will be interesting to see how the locker room respects him (or doesn't).
@@peterf.4268 Yep, so far it's been pretty turbulent and we are still months away from the season. I'd be worried if I'm a Jags fan, but still optimistic!
best qb in draft is fields
If anyone can do it, Urban can!! I can't wait to see what he does in the pros! Chillicothe loves you!!
Gonna laugh so hard when Lawrence is a backup in a couple years
Do Mac Jones
23 short throws vs. ohio state 3 fumbles. Watch the whole ohio state game.
One of the best culture builders eh?
Oof
To be fair, that was referring to his time in college where he won championships. But still an oof
He should
You're right Trevor
4:01 why did 20 just kinda stop like i know he was expecting to be blocked but dude literally could have sacked him if he didnt pause
He was expecting to pick the center in a stunt as the penetrator to open the gap. Never expected the center to move away from him
Please do jamar chase
He's on the list!
Anyone here after meyer got fired?
Trevor looks great! He has poise, a cannon, IQ, and a pro-style offense. Unfortunately, he is going to be unprotected and checking down to save his life and get a few yards. I want to see how he looks in a couple of years and if the Jags protects him well.
Prediction is Meyer is gonna retire in 3 seasons
I’ll give urban credit if him and Lawrence can do something I mean hey the Seahawks went from 7-9 to never having a losing record with Russ and a little bit of Pete for years
Also helped that the NFC West was a garbage organization for years
you called herbert a bust, stop talking please 🙏🏼
You gotta do a video about Trey Lance..
I will!
Because, Lawrence is real and isn't fake like some other couple I know
Wait, how is this such a massive risk, you can’t be mad at him taking trevor, as he is one of the greatest prospects ever. I just don’t get that
Because Urban is taking over a struggling franchise and has never coached in the NFL
@@AlexRollinsNFL oh ok. I gotcha
Please we need a Trey Lance breakdown before the draft!!
It'll come!
@@AlexRollinsNFL thank you so much, love the content keep it up!!!
@@Ali52wastrel Thanks! I'll have a special guest on for that episode
I wish Urban and TL well but I feel Zach will be better first year and later as He works on all the parts of the game and being a QB. Over time the distance will widen.
The jags are going to suck not even Meyer and his genius culture building can change that 😂
My problem is that Meyer had never really been a quarterback guy, and always ran a sort of Chip Kelly esque system. Seems like he would want a guy like Fields (ironically an Ohio State qb) who has better physical tools (at least in the run game) and won't necessarily need to process as much in the drop back game. Doesn't really seem like a fit but it will be exciting to see
“The most dysfunctional franchise in the NFL.”
Alex please. Houston still exists.
Oh and I look forward to Jacksonville being bad for 2 to 3 years and that darn ‘health condition’ making another convenient appearance with a bunch of post retirement grumbling about the way the NFL works. Too bad he can’t walk into someone else’s top recruiting class, quit when the recruiting falls off, and then walk into a 5 star factory at OSU. *Man I hate this team.*
Currently, you're right it's probably Houston. But they could get this thing turned around and have still been to the playoffs repeatedly in the last decade. Besides 2017, how long since the Jags have been good?
@@AlexRollinsNFL The 2007-2008 season was the last time they went to the playoffs. Had a nice inspiring Wild Card win over the Steelers and then lost to the Patriots. They then got lost in the wilderness for 10 years, got a taste of success, did literally everything wrong from a roster re-tooling perspective that offseason/following season, and then hire a coach who is already complaining about NFL free agency because it isn’t a recruiting visit. I could not be less optimistic.
@@dabbingtoast7743 😬
@@AlexRollinsNFL It also doesn’t help that QBs in the draft are, if you’re generous with your evaluations on their careers, a 50/50 coin flip. Long story short, I’m just going to enjoy riding on the Chiefs bandwagon and I’ll check in on the remains of Sacksonville at seasons end.
Not sure men will be willing to listen to a girl! 😂😂😂😂😂 and a former college HC❤😭
They are not the worst team
The jets are definitely worse
The Jets won more games than the Jaguars
why urban meyer was a disaster for trevor lawrence
Zach Wilson
Trey Lance
Mac Jones
Trevor Lawrence
Justin Fields
Those are my QB rankings.
What coach coming from college to the NFL has taken over an ideal situation?
I don't trust Urban. Even Nick Saban was terrible in the NFL and Kliff is not really that good. Urban is already bitching about the NFL rules. He could prove me wrong and I'll eat crow if he does. Jags fanbase deserve some excitement
He strikes me as a father figure type coach when he was in CFB, which wouldn't really bode well in the NFL. I'm a little concerned as well, but definitely excited to see what he can do
Most dysfunctional franchise is hands down the Houston Texans
At the moment yes. But not in the last few years
New York jets by a large gap
