On Wednesday May 5, the Richards High School staff gathered in the Performing Arts Center to surprise Principal Dr. Mike Jacobson, who will leave HLR to become Executive Director of Student, Family and Community Engagement for District 218.
The salute featured a thank you video and speeches by his wife, parent Jamie Stahulak, parent and District 218 Board of Education member Nora Hart Hunt, and Dr. Jacobson.
