The bear is back-Google Nest captured the bear!

Someone is yet again putting food out to life bear in. Unfortunately we pay the price as well. The reason he gets in our cans is because he associates the trash cans as having food in them when all I put in them is toilet paper, paper, plastic 2 liter bottles. Anything food related goes in the freezer then Monday morning when the trash runs I set that bag in the trash cans. In Va it is illegal to throw scrap food out knowing you're luring bear in.
