Hi Oli. To be honest I'd say City have spent silly money collectively but not individually. I mean would you rather have 3 £100m players or 8 top drawer £40m players? I think he probably means they won't be spending £200m on Hairband Haaland or Mmmm-Bop.
@@olidaniels Yep but for a team as rich as City their record signing is only (!) £68m. So they're not like Barca, PSG, Liverpool, Utd spending BIG money on players.
They won the league due to having all these players it’s what United don’t do all United do is spend big big money on a few players to win the league u have to have a squad and they do same as Chelsea
United have spent more money since fergie left and they haven’t one the league once while on the other hand city have won their fourth since fergie left
The fact you said Sane wasn’t a success and that Ake if a flop shows you don’t pay attention 😂 Ake got injured and had covid took a while to settle back in and Sane was one of our most important players ffs 😂
@@OLISASMRWORLD 16/17 good season , 17/18 he was unplayable , 18/19 , not as good as the previous but still an excellent season from him.. he then got injured at the start of the 19/20 then left the following summer. calling him a flop cmon now mate 😂😂

City have already bought the 8(+) top drawer players though, and have quality in every position bar a striker.

Cancelo this season has been a difference maker. Who also was more or less a swap with Danilo. 😂
Also if you paid attention to pep he said they don’t spend 100m+ on players.
Should really do the same with united and see how the millions they have spent went.
