We need to force MSG out so that we can not only rebuild Penn Station back to its former glory, but also save all the residents and businesses there from being forcing out and protect the historic 1872 St. John the Baptist Church there from being demolished.

The cost and schedule of a project are more on the project's design than the construction contractor. A great design with no change orders equates to no additional costs and contract extensions.
