I can hardly believe it myself, but I was lucky enough to get the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to cut the hair of the tour crew!
As a passionate barber based in Raleigh NC, I couldn't have asked for a more exciting challenge. Working with the team behind one of the biggest names in hip-hop was an incredible honor, and I was determined to deliver the best haircuts possible. From buzz cuts to fades, I worked with a variety of hair types and styles, and the pressure was definitely on to make sure every cut was perfect.
But the hard work paid off in more ways than one. In addition to the thrill of working with such a talented team, I was also able to be backstage with Lil Wayne himself. It was an incredible experience to see the inner workings of the tour and witness firsthand how Lil Wayne prepares for his performances.
