Está buena la traducción, pero habría que cambiar algunas cosas que no están del todo bien. Como la parte de "el valor de tus deseos". Su traducción es "the value of your wishes" o "the price of your wishes". Creo que cuando Cerati decía "valor" no se estaba refiriendo al coraje sino al precio, al coste que tienen esos deseos. Además, "desire" es más referente al deseo carnal, y cuando se hace referencia a él es en singular. Al decir "deseos" (en plural) creo que se refiere a las cosas que uno desea. Un saludo.

Esas licencias son bastante frecuentes en el rock argentino (te lo digo con cierto conocimiento de causa). Además, esa idea del atrevimiento en relaciones de pareja fue abordada más veces en la lírica de Gustavo. No voy a discutir si Gustavo escribió mal esta letra con el propósito que vos decís, porque es obvio que pensamos diferente y no vamos a ninguna parte. This song and the hole album (Dynamo, 1992) is very different and experimental with the sounds and effects. For me, at the begining this song its like a long intro that's going to explode at some moment but it never happens, so this gives you a little confussion, but the more you listen and just relax and enjoy the more you appreciate, because this has so many texture and sounds going on layer by layer. Also vocals here are like an another instrument. Anyway, thanks for react, cant wait for the next !

This is a different song by Soda, less pop, no catchy chorus, very complex psychodelic 90s sounds... the studio version of it is a great prelude/overture to the next track "Primavera 0" (zero spring) of their 1992 album "Dynamo", a very progressive / experimental one. "Remolinos" means "swirl". This song is....well, a hypnotic, whirling, trance inducing sonic eargasm. Draco Rosa did a version of this with the two remaining Sodas plus Von Quintiero and Richard Coleman, and, as blasphemous as it sounds, it surpassed this version of this song.

Soda Stereo empezó en 1984 con una tendencia musical hacia el Ska y el Reggae
Después en 1985 se inclinó hacia el Pop y Synth Pop
En 1986 el cambio fue profundo hacia el Dark Wave, New Wave y Gótico
En 1988 profundizaron el sonido New Wave pero experimentaron con un Rap
En 1990 otro cambio profundo hacia el Grunge
En 1992 otro cambio que nos descolocaba y sorprendía al mismo tiempo al indagar en el Shoegaze
En 1995 ya nadie sabía que esperar y lanzaron un disco con una mezcla Ambient, Psicodélico y Britpop
Y ya después el resto es historia
Pero es verdad Dany por más que experimentaban siempre mantenían la excelencia
Antes de 1992, año en el que grabaron el disco Dynamo, donde se encuentra esta canción, ya Cerati había vuelto a trabajar con su amigo Daniel Melero con el cual grabaron un disco llamado Colores Santos, después del éxito de su primer disco, donde Melero les cedió el hit Trátame Suavemente
En el show multitudinario que Soda Stereo realizó en plena ciudad sobre la Av 9 de Julio, ante más de 200000 personas. Cerati invitó a subir al escenario a Daniel Melero con quien hicieron una versión de su hit En Camino que ya marcó hacia dónde iría el rumbo de Soda

This is a different song by Soda, less pop, no catchy chorus, very complex psychodelic 90s sounds... the studio version of it is a great prelude/overture to the next track "Primavera 0" (zero spring) of their 1992 album "Dynamo", a very progressive / experimental one.
Gustavo Cerati once said "En Remolinos" (in Swirls) was probably his favorite Soda Stereo song to play live.
