Thanks for this video. Being sustainable feels like such a mountain and the guilt over not having the "right" reusable tool/kits etc always frustrated me.
I like what you are sharing ...so some input I have on being a longtime eco friendly user , I agree with much you say . With that said , I love beeswax wraps for things that are not sticky and messy . I clean them with warm water and then hang them in the sun or outside . I have a sanitary spray with half vodka half water . Ok so for hard to clean bottles and straws , the best thing I have found that is so easy is denture tablets . Dissolve in hot water and soak your stuff in there ...makes it so clean like new without scrubbing . But yeah , don't replace what you have ...I re use so many things ...I raised three kids that are now grown , and yes you gotta keep it doable otherwise it's impossible to stick to it . And hahaah I did not like my Diy laundrysoap ;)
Good detergent for washmashine is for me important, i have no time to wash every load two times to get the laundry clean enough, it is not ecological nor economical to do so. This why i use wash powder with enzymes, because i have the laundry dirty. You can purchase good quality ecological wash powder, who really do the job, soap nuts doesn't work for me good enough. I love to cook and work in the garden so i get regullary very messy clothes.

Faaaaacts: I made the small changes to makeup removing towels and reusable straws and I haven’t bought a makeup wipe or plastic straw since
