How long can we store this shampoo? I mean i wash my hair thrice in a week. So how long does this soapnut liquid shampoo last?

I don't see foam in your hair, in my opinion boiling the nuts in water damages the properties of the foam creation. If you want foam, grind some of the uncooked soap nuts and after the liquid cools down, add the powder, mix gently and strain into a bowl, then you will also have foam in your shampoo

The people stopped making it and I’ve never found anything even half as good ever again. That conditioner had your exact same ingredients with the addition of local organic honey and a little bit of marshmallow root. I will try your recipe because the consistency looks the exact same!! I've been using Tru Earth for years! It takes the stink out, but for stains you have to use a laundry bar and pretreat them. This tiny bit of extra effort means I buy a box (the largest size) less than once a year. Switch to wool balls instead of dryer sheets as well. Reducing single use plastic consumption makes it all worth it. #EarthFirstPractices

This test was botched by using a bag with enclosed cloth baby wipes. Try using all white sheets with the cloth baby wipes. This is done so you can see transfer stains to other cloth material, this will show the effects of the natural detergent with a low error margin.

I use a few sheets lol not recommended but I do to make my clothes feel clean, I only use 4 sheets

We are NOT loosing forests due to climate change. Instead we are gaining forests due to CO2 fertilization. Increased CO2 means more plant food. NASA's global Leaf Area Index (LAI) clearly shows a net gain of at least 3 million square kilometer of forests in the last 40 years or so and a global vegetation increase of about 30%. This is almost entirely due to the beneficial effects of CO2 as a fertilizer and its effect of reducing plants water requirement. We are carbon based life forms, we should celebrate having more CO2 and the 2 billion people who entirely depend on the resulting increased agricultural output.

Hi from Oz. Great review! They do have a fragrance free range for sensitive skin that might suit you better. The shampoo bar is called Bar Minimum and the conditioner is called In the Buff. Looking at what was on the shelf in your video, I would suggest trying Pinkalious if your hair is more on the normal side or Frizz Wrangler if it is drier. Pinkalious has more of a vanilla kind of scent (my fave) and Frizz Wrangler is more coconut. I have also never had an irritated scalp but mine is not that sensitive. Wonderbar is also a great conditioner with a coconutty/vanilla scent. It is lighter than The Guardian but still very conditioning.

I swear i got an advertisement from temu before i could watch your video lol not that i will ever buy there. It is extremely rare that i order something that will be shipped from outside Europe, usually i can find it in a webshop in my country, or a neighbour country. I also don't like returning just because i made a wrong choice and not happy with it. I did it once with an oven and felt a bit guilty about it. Funny thing is, later i order the perfect oven from Germany, i was happy when unboxing it, and then it didn't want to switch on 😱. So i took my tools and opened it and luckily it was easy to fix, just something loose because of rough transport. So no need to return it, that compensates for that first oven that i returned earlier.

Organic cotton is a more viable crop than chemical cotton. Organic cotton really means naturally grown, using organic fertilizers and natural defenders of the plant. Organic saves water, and avoiding pesticides makes it safer for humans in every step of production. Water conservation is also important, and soil regeneration. Cotton is self pollinating, and the seeds are sold for cattle feed, so farmers can't complain about cross pollination with other cotton fields. Organic cotton can even be hand picked profitably, creating jobs, reducing the use of fossil fuels. Organic cotton is grown with mulch that holds the moisture in the soil, reducing water loss, and organic cotton yields more than chemical cotton crops, because no growth regulator means a larger plant and that really does equal more cotton bolls, using less water, and thousands of dollars of savings on input costs. Cotton can grow as a perennial in subtropical areas that don't have hard freeze for hours, and the plants can live 2 to 5 years, giving like gainbusters all that time, eliminating the need for annual mechanized planting, reducing fossil fuel use in those areas. Insecticides kill the natural defenders of the plants. It's an environmental hazard.

Totally agree regarding “disposable” wipes!!! And so many other disposable items. We don’t need them. Washcloth and some water or soap/oil. Done.

I do agree with most of what you say. But, I do buy shoes used when they are lightly used, never had a problem. I spray with lysol before using. I bought a vacuum second hand. It has now lasted 8 years.old. I think we can get a little too worried about germs.

I have a question. Does this shampoo should create any lather while rubbing hair? I made similar once and in my hands it's lather up but when I put it on my hair it's stops, there's nothing happens and hair become not nice in touch 😒
