I don't know if it is this museum, but their is one where they have a container of freezing water where you can put your hand it to see how cold the water was the night Titanic sank

Did you say the model had four funnels and the Titanic had 3? The Titanic had 3 working funnels and 1 fake funnel, but that does make 4 visible funnels. Maybe I misunderstood what you meant.

😂😂 I was wondering why he said that too. He knows titanic had 4 yes only 3 were for actual steam exhaust but it actually had 4 mostly cause all the -ania ships had 4. Lusitania Mauritania and aquatania. They couldn't let it be any less cause passengers thought more funnels equaled a faster or better

It wasn't entirely fake. It served a purpose, but it didn't let of steam. It was a an extra ventilation for her galleys

Thank you so much for this! I’m just curious, why no picture taking on the first floor? And also I may have missed it but I thought there was no filming. I wonder how much a model of the titanic that’s that big at around 14:42 costs. If I ever had a chance to get my hands on that I would

@@titanicfilmsbymark oh lol. At some point I heard the officer or entrance greeter say to keep something with audio. And so I thought they allowed you to. I would’ve been so nervous to do that

@@jamesmccarthy5086it was a lot of fun. I was sneaky. I drove 300 miles and I wasn't getting away without filming.

@@titanicfilmsbymark I certainly wouldn’t either. I’m just wondering, do you think they would’ve let you film had you asked just for educational purposes? Either way thank you very much for this
