Mr.G the branding irons look great,i think if you work on leveling the surface of the irons the outer circle will show up all the way around ,the same with the letter just check the height across all of them with a straight edge but i'm sure you don't need my input on that, all the best my friend, thanks for sharing
I learned a little Italian, not fluent by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm gonna give it a go "Awesome work and result excellent!" Just checked the translation, my first inclination was to say "Great work" but I second guessed myself and put awesome, should've gone with my gut!
Is there not any concern with warping due to heat on the first pattern with how thin you trimmed..i know brass is a pretty soft metal atleast red brass is not real certain on the yellow..love the video and the channel by the way!!
I think that if you wouldn´t cut material from bigger one than it would stay hot for longer and you would be able to brand multiple objects. Or did you cut it because you wanted it to heat up faster?
I think both came out really good. Presumably, you are branding something because you are selling it. So starting off affordable selling some goods and waiting to afford the nicer more expensive tool/brand makes a lot of sense.
Excelente trabajo, ya sé como puedo hacer el mío, ahora que estamos con mucho tiempo por este covid 19, en Ecuador empezamos la tercera semana en cuarentena. Desde donde transmites? Saludos desde Guayaquil
Dude, This has to be one of your coolest videos to date; as usual, combining multiple different skills. Thanks for sharing this video, I loved it! P.S. Did I really see a viking pendant being melted down at 5:11?!
Sure if you find one for real cheap! :') Got that one for 70€. It's pretty much the cheapest entry level lathe you can find. Still a lot of fun to use! :)
Another great video. What is the red powder you use for molding? Is it some sort of really fine clay or something else? *EDIT: Is it casting sand that you're using? I just googled "sand for casting metal" and found a bunch of resources that look similar.
For the course lettering, green sand will do (REALLY fine sand and water), for fine detail, an oil based sand is better e.g. Petrobond, which is REALLY fine sand and oil.
Very cool video! I learned a lot, thank you. Could you share how you captured video of your computer screen? I am trying to do the same thing to show design work in a RUclips video.

Hey man thanks for making these videos. It inspires me to do stuff instead of sitting on my ass all day doing nothing. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Gabriel :')
That moving brass powder was so pretty
Many people talk of the creator, this is you. Always waiting for your next one.

I have good experience with 3d printing the positive form for casting.
I don't know why but that video was exhilarating.

Pretty easy! Specially because I have all those tools as well...
Красавчик! Спасибо за идею.
The wide one with the letters can be fixed if you just file the front a bit to level it and then weight the sides.
Very cool old school meets new school.
hypnotizing

neat and beautiful
Very nice! This one is on my to do list for sure!
nice work
Waou passionnant
Ti trollo, " eh sì, vediamo come brandizzi le lame o le stampe 3D " ahah Grande vecchio !
Que facil! con materiales y herramientas que todos tenemos en casa..jajaja facil facil
I think that if you wouldn´t cut material from bigger one than it would stay hot for longer and you would be able to brand multiple objects. Or did you cut it because you wanted it to heat up faster?
Yeah it was taking too long to heat up. It was way too much material to heat for a branding iron I think :)
I think both came out really good. Presumably, you are branding something because you are selling it. So starting off affordable selling some goods and waiting to afford the nicer more expensive tool/brand makes a lot of sense.

Haha!! You did my friend :') Last brass cast failure turns into something else!
Sorry, just a question: what kind of metal did you melt?
amzing keep going
Muito massa esse video, brother.
I couldn't have one those. I'd be branding the hell out of EVERYTHING!
What is that sand you use? I've made green sand before but never any as good as what you've got. Did you buy that or make it yourself?
It's a specific oil bonded sand made for metal casting. Sometime called petrobon sand.
Hello, I like very much your work, but I have a question about the liquid you put on the wood to make it shine?
Nice
quella imperfezione nel cerchio rende tutto piu interessante.. Bello!!
It’s amazing how you do this
Btw you deserve more subs
Your so talented
bravo 👏👏
Please send a video explaining all the tools and layout from the officer
What is that red you pack the mold in?
Ok why dose the cast have a lid? Why not open pour the brass
I was wonder that too but maybe because the brass may warp if the one open surface cools faster than the one in the sand mould.
Cool
What kind of Dirt is this and where can you get it from?
Great work. I’d like to try this. How or where can I get the mould sand?
è la teglia della coop che ha fatto la differenza... hahahaha
What do you think of your wood lathe? Do you think this type of wood lathe is worth it?
Sure if you find one for real cheap! :') Got that one for 70€. It's pretty much the cheapest entry level lathe you can find. Still a lot of fun to use! :)
🎥 Nice job 🎬 ! _ Congratulations! 👍 🇧🇷

*EDIT: Is it casting sand that you're using? I just googled "sand for casting metal" and found a bunch of resources that look similar.
Yes it's called green sand, basically fine sand with oils in it
For the course lettering, green sand will do (REALLY fine sand and water), for fine detail, an oil based sand is better e.g. Petrobond, which is REALLY fine sand and oil.
What type of sand was that or can it be any type ?
Very cool video! I learned a lot, thank you. Could you share how you captured video of your computer screen? I am trying to do the same thing to show design work in a RUclips video.
Thanks! I use the software of my Nvidia video card Shadowpaly. There is one just like that for AMD too :)
How much ?
For 2 Pieces
Thanks
