Perfect for a 300 m2 lot so that the rest can be allotted for the garden. A room in the ground floor would be nice for the oldies. I really like the interior garden- it's the best! Love it! Thanks and more power!

This perfect! it has all the elements I want in my house, the indoor garden is a plus for air circulation. If there is an addtiional thing Iwant, is the open roof deck, can we interchange the laundry area and the room on the 3rd floor but will keep the terrece as is, I like the room on the 3rd floor as the Master bedroom with glass sliding door towards that nice terrece. Then I like to have that beautiful stairs have its way up towards the roof deck with beautiful wooden matt plank design on its flooring and then I put the rest of my flowering and herbs plants on all 4 sides of the deck and then right in center is a wooden beach chair partnered with white cushion with beach umbrella.

this is so incredible and i was surprised,i have 6x12m land, but now it's still 1 floor/level, but i have plan to rebuild it into 3 storey (my plan +rooftop)
and this is exactly what's on my plan, i mean almost. it's like we share the same braincells or smth lol. i also cant have window on the side bcs there are neighbor houses. thank you so much for made this design you inspired me a lot, i hope my dream would come true in the future. god blesses you buddy

Love this. I’m planning to buy 260sqm lot (20x13) and I plan to only use 7x13 (91sqm) of it for my house & the rest for residential apartment. I love your work! This floor plan is great and I would love to use this for my house sans the 2m lanai at the back.

How would you able to ventilate the Powder Room and that certain T&B at 2nd Floor?
Through ceiling exhaust which are usually connected with the light switch. So when you turn on the light switch, the ceiling exhaust automatically turns on as well. Then there will be a piping/tubing from the ceiling exhaust leading outside the house.
