Hull’s transfer strategy is genius, we sell our best players for people who don’t know how to pass or shoot the ball and sign about 50 fucking goalkeepers, Putting it in balls is honestly too good
The fact of our window(Leeds) Due to the idiocy of our old owner we still owe a lot in unpaid transfer fees, so we need a plan in place just in case we don't get promoted, however our window has been good, you can't call ours a bad window cause you don't know who they are. I think we have strengthened a lot in other areas and will be far less reliant on individuals, which was our biggest problem last season. Solomon and Ramazani will be too good for this level, Schmidt was playing in the UECL, Tanaka is a Japanese international and a lot of us know how good that Japan team is, all that was missing was a proper number 10 and that can always be added in January if needed.
Norwich had a good window considering we had three players (Idah, Kamara and Rowe) basically all force transfers to get out and we still managed to get good fees for them all. The players we've signed have all looked good so far, Forson especially is already filling the void left by Sara. I can understand from an outsider perspective it looks bad though, but based of the first few games, I'm trusting the recruitment that these random players I've never heard of are actually good value.
About to say the same thing. All of our incoming players are young too. If this season isn’t promotion for Norwich, the next year or two could easily be a title charge if Thorup works out
Ehh, I’m not too hopeful. Problem with Norwich is persistent culture of miserliness leading to false economy, and mediocre club management. That ruined their 19/20 which was their best chance staying in PL, and very badly timed peak squad in Championship 20/21. Webber blew all the windfall proceeds on players with history of injury or inexperienced youth, because they looked cheap. Forget stadium expansion. The lack of psychological resilience was always massive issue, leading to underperforming, and I don’t see progress there. I’d say it would do good for Norwich to dip into L1, because it would force deeper rethinking.
Luton fan - we haven't spent loads cos the money's all gone to the new ground we're building. It's a fan owned club we don't have a big owner to build it for us. Agree it's not been a good window though this season could get very painful.
As a Baggie, can a Barnsley fan please give me the rundown on Callum Styles and why you lot hate him so much 😂 I get we all dislike players for our own reasons, but without any biases or "I just don't like him", can someone please explain what Styles is about as a player
downed tools in the season we went down, went out on loan the last 2 seasons to the champ and neither wanted him so he came back both times. refused to play at the start of this season. thinks hes miles better than he is
@CallumFowlerEFL So it's largely an attitude issue then? Pretty annoying. In his first Albion interview he did seem a bit cocky for my liking, but I was hopeful it was just confidence - seems unlikely though. I suppose if any manager can humble him then its probably Carlos, but I won't hold my breath. Always said that fans know best about their/ex players, so I'll trust your word on him
Flemming went for £7 million up front and then we think £10 million should Burnley go up. Given he had 12 months left on his contract, I think that’s a pretty fair price. Could have got more for him last season but then we probably don’t stay up or we give Edwards money to spend in January which could have been catastrophic
Think bang average for sheff united is very harsh. Think you literally said ‘if the keeper hamer and Vini Souza they’ll get autos.’ Isn’t that surely a tier above then? A bang average season for us would be 10th not top 2
Sunderland got £18 mill plus £2 mill in add ons for appearances etc plus a sell on clause of around 15%… if they’d waited and ran his contract down for a season they could have got less- Clarke wanted to play in the prem and they’d told him he could leave if a figure was offered so they had to honour it I believe.
Luton's window hasn't been terrible kept alot of key players and our starting 11 and squad depth is miles better than when we got promoted. Probably needed a winger
Leeds had a lot of money still to pay on transfers from previous years (we’re still paying for Dan James to name 1) Solomon on loan is quality, aaronson in is basically a new signing, same with wober, few unknown signings but all looked decent in 1st game. Think Honking Pooner is a bit harsh. But tbf I agree 160 mil in sales and spent fuck all really
I keep hearing you say thats its new lads being bought in at cb for coventry, but i really dont think it is. We signed binks after having him on loan all last season. He knows the team and played a fair few last year. Ofc Dovin is new in net but not really as massive change. Still a bang average window tho.
With Clarke, we got basically guaranteed £18m with another potential £2m, and a 15% sell on clause. There was only Ipswich who were in for him which made it difficult to negotiate for more and we had an agreement with him that he could leave for the prem this summer. Plus, we bought his replacement when we signed Mundle!
On paper the window from Leeds looks bad, I get that. I wish we’d got another striker and a number 10. Tanaka will be the leagues best. Ramazani looks special too.
Collins was poor for us last season, so we needed to bring in a keeper. Binks we had on loan last season and he will challenge Kitching for his spot like last season
It's funny yanno as a west brom fan haven't seen any of them really play for longer then 10 to 20 minutes for us so far it's squad players but I don't think there be on like 20k a week we dropped bartleys and mowatts wage to try offer kipre a bigger contract but he just didn't accept but for what we done with such little we had I would put us higher because just the start of the year we was on the verge of bankruptcy because our last owner but yeah I respect it still I just had to laugh soon as you said about styles it's all over twitter 😂😂😂
Think your evaluation of sunderland wasnt great, missed a fair bit surrounding clarke transfer. Also just brought in a DM that played champions league as recently as last season
Another youtuber not mentioning Heggem for £400k at WBA, the fact that we had zero money to spend and kept Tom Fellows. Our window was better than your vid 😂
Wasn’t the best window from Leeds but just because you don’t know nowt about the players they bought in seems like just an uneducated Leeds bash. Stay funny.
I think our (Luton) window was just mid across the board. We needed a striker then left it way to late to replace Ogbenne. Should have spent some cash. The board seem obsessed with getting our new stadium paid for. At this rate it might be one of the newest and biggest stadiums in league 1 😅🥲
I feel like he gets a little bit more insane with every video
Barnsley effect
I love it he's just being himself and being more confident on camera it's class. Proper Yorkshire accent love to see
Average Barnsley fan:
What Barnsley does to people
Nah he's just a tarn lad and proud
Hull’s transfer strategy is genius, we sell our best players for people who don’t know how to pass or shoot the ball and sign about 50 fucking goalkeepers, Putting it in balls is honestly too good
Just not true mate
QPR smashed it, it might take a while for it to properly click but the new signings all look promising and will probs get better.
As an Oxford fan this video made me very happy.

QPR had a great window, Dembele going to be one of the players of the season
Yellas! Hidde Ter Avest also looks an exciting signing for Oxford Cal
West Brom gotta be higher they’ve made a profit signed some quality players and had close to no money at the beginning of the window
Nice one Callum 👍💛💙
Sam Gallagher is literally 0 goals leaving the club. Szmodics is a different story
I’m a hull fan and I’m happy with our window, much smarter than the last one. Building for the future
the goat efl creator
Callum seems very exited about the championship seeing as barnsley are in league 1
Luis binks was at Coventry the season before they just made it permanent

goncalo franco for Swansea is such a player he makes our window bang average on his own. he’ll be sold for 20 mill in a season or two

Sleeping on Norwich, good investment for the future

I just do it to get a rise out of my girlfriends parents at this point it brings me joy. theyve had a good window
@@CallumFowlerEFL fair enough pal at least you’re honest 😂
Blackburn in bang average is shocking ball knowledge.
How’s your brother Hayden doing?
Great intro 🤣big up ab
Shock to see him be positive to Derby
I agree, I'm a derby fan and I'm upset. I actually enjoy him ranting about derby 😆.
@@padgett9652 😂
Great video ! But I think your slightly wrong with baggies. Forget styles and Cole the rest of the signings look great players for this level.

Good summer transfer window West Bromwich Albion in January transfer window West Bromwich Albion

I think we only spent like £30 million as a plan just in case we fail to get promotion again personally.
If you don't do this for league 1 Callum I will cry
Giles played about 6 times for Luton. £5 million for that we’ve absolutely mugged Hull for that. Also McGuinness is supposedly 4.5 mill rising to 10
4.5 upfront 1.5 after 20 games and the rest is based on promotion. That was from a Cardiff fan so take with a pinch of salt
Didn’t Krause come in on a free to Luton town and imagine Oxford signed a proper goal scorer
We sold Jack clarke for the same deal as stansfield went to Birmingham for 😂
The stansfield deal wasn't 20mill that's a reported fee by people who are guessing. All of Birminghams buys have been inflated.
Who's Jack Clarke when we've got Romaine Mundle..😂🔴⚪👍
Youre class ahaha youre all im watching atm on YT

I think we only sold Clarke for that much cause he wanted to go to Ipswich so can’t really deny it tbf
Watford fans will agree our window was a lot better than balls...

You doing the same for prem & league one?
What are your thoughts on Brucie at Blackpool Callum? Hope they have plenty nosh to keep him going!
Laughed out loud
Collins was poor for us last season, so we needed to bring in a keeper. Binks we had on loan last season and he will challenge Kitching for his spot like last season
Can you do this same video for league one teams lad ?
28:05 forgot to cut this one here callum, not good enough that
Marching on together 💛💙

But i thought you had sheffield united as your window winners in the champ on the best transfer window in the english pyramid video
its crazy we are gaslgihted as fans to think we have had a decent transfer window hahaa
Do it for league 1 lad 🙏
Can't even speak on Karamoko Dembele who got 21 G/A in League 1 last season?
It’s good Gallaghers gone from Rovers he’s an absolute donkey he 6ft4 yet more effective on the wing where he average at best
League one is clear
Think your evaluation of sunderland wasnt great, missed a fair bit surrounding clarke transfer. Also just brought in a DM that played champions league as recently as last season
you need to show pictures of the players
7 days ago we had the best in the league and now we’ve dropped to bang average…..
Yoooo Family
love and guidance

Do league one
But 7 days ago you said Sheffield United had the best window, i guess you really rated Trusty lol
Completely skipped aidan morris at boro looks quality so far
Where would you have put us(Leeds) if we had bought Hamer?
2nd tier, wouldve been an instant promotion but the amount of sales and lack of investment is still mental
Binks Was with Us last year and We needed a Goalie, I get Collins played for Barnsley but trust me he’s absolutely shite
Now do league one👍
so if u dont keep profit your window is ass.
Cov needed a keeper Collins was shite and binks was on loan last year
What’s the website used?
transfer markt for the transfers and tierlist maker for the badges mate
Poveda, Shackleton and Drameh were all shite for us and you’ve had a mare with where you’ve ranked us in this, try and do some research next time😂
Very surprised you put Cardiff that high, I would have put ourselves on average.

watfords transfer window is way better than balls tbh
