I’m also not here to fill anyone in on the details of this situation, all I want is to address what I will be doing with the content on my channel now, as well as moving forward.
You are doing the right thing, even Oneus want us to address them as a five member group and even if I know you didn’t choose your side based on what people will think of your channel, staying neutral is the best because you’re not hurting anyone. Thank you so much for not leaving the fandom because I heard many Tomoons are leaving because of that and I can’t imagine how devastating this is for the other members who are just working even harder now to fill Ravn’s spot.
I feel that this past few weeks have been (in the best way possible) like hell, the fandom falling apart, ONEUS now being 5 and along other issues, I know I’m not the only one who’s having a hard time. I respect ur decision and I think everyone else should do the same. We should remain neutral until the facts come to light. Glad you’re taking a firm stance on this. I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately as a fandom who never went through any huge scandals and then being hit in the face with this is a devastating blow to Tomoons and Oneus. Many fans have taken sides way too quickly and forget that investigations like these take time.
the news of Ravn’s accusations came out 2 days after my birthday. i was shocked and my heart felt sore, knowing that someone else would end up leaving one of my fave groups (Chan from VICTON left the group the day before my bday) i read through the evidence then and have since, even after he left, remained neutral. fake accusations have occurred in the past many times, but that does not mean a new one should be immediately dismissed. i will, too, wait for any news on Ravn’s status and whether he is fully/partially guilty, or if he’s completely innocent. whatever it may be, ONEUS is 5 now, and it’s best to view them as such instead of clinging to the past additionally, i respect your approach to handling your videos involving Ravn. he may have done all the terrible things the accuser proclaimed, or she may have made everything up. whatever it is tho, it’s best to remain neutral and not show bias to either side

Somehow I thought ToMoons would be better than this, somehow I thought that if something like this ever happened, surely most people would do the sensible thing and wait. I am disgusted by the people that immediately started hating on Ravn, disgusted by the people that attacked the accuser, disgusted by everyone who is turning this into a fanwar, disgusted by the vultures who are only here for the drama. Spewing hate and attacking each other online has never helped any situation, and I never want to have anything to do with anyone who participated in this. I will always support Oneus, but I honestly don't think I'll ever feel comfortable in this fandom again.
How can people disagree with any of this. You're right and well done for not protecting a potential abuser. It's scary to see how many fans suddenly think he's innocent. He wouldn't have left the group as quickly as he did if he was at no fault.
leaving isn't equal guilty, you should have learned it after a bunch of accusations in kpop. I'm not saying he is innocent nor saying he is guilty, but false logic and double standard isn't the way to judge any unproven accusation (and one with too many holes in said evidences, at that) "leaving proves his guilt" is easily countered with "hwanwoong supporting him proves his innocence"
