@@pokiblue5870 im pretty sure you can with enough time and enough food! Still have to do it myself though. Highest I did was 170km in a day. But I didn't feel like in that moment my legs were holding me back. I think I could have hang in there for another 1 1/2 hours and get those 200km. But I reached my goal and it was already pretty late and dark. But I think if I would have started early in the morning that shouldn't have been a problem. Eating is so important on such a long ride. Keep pushing, we will get it sometime! :)

Prepare your body properly for that and you can do that multiple days in a row. I rode from devon in the UK where the old east german border was and that was over 1000 miles. I did that in 10 days. No rest. I rode every day with far too much crap to carry. I had ortlieb panniers. They were rated for 40 lbs and i was damn near that. I carried tools since i was poor and could not afford to buy a wheel in case someting went wrong. SO i had to carry freehwhell removal tool and a huge spanner to take it off and a huge chainwhip as well. 2 tires. Clothes. I did this at 45 years of age. I am in my middle 50's now but could still do it. Some people cant handle the solitary mental aspect and have to socialise of be with others. Not me. I can deal with it. I went through 3 days of hell at the start. I thought i was goign to quit. My knees were aching. On teh 4th day i started gettign stronger. In germany i was dropping regular riders on road bikes with all my gear You can do it

Often the roads at certain finishes are unsuitable to get the buses up there (narrow / steep / bad surfaces / no parking lots).
There are 22 teams, so at least one huge bus and several cars. All the media have vehicles, and the race organisers as well, not to mention the fans who line the route long before the race caravan arrives.
